Back shoulder lift

Preparation

Fix the slide in the lower section. Attach grip tape folded twice. Insert the handle bar through the loops.

Starting position

Stand hip-width apart with your back to the wall. Grasp handle bar behind buttocks. Adjust the height so that there is already some traction on the horn in the standing position with the arms extended.

Execution

Slowly pull shoulders together while pulling arms upward on body. Then lower the shoulders and arms again.
