Lateral inward rotation with strap


Lock the sledge horizontally at elbow height. Attach the strap.


Take a sideways shoulder-width stance. Grasp both loops in one hand so the strap is already under tension. The elbow is held close to the body and bent at a 90° angle. Your underarm ist slightly outwards directet for the starting position.


Slowly pull the lower arm towards your abdomen. The elbow remains stationary. Slowly return to the starting position. Maintain tension the whole time.


Your torso should remain stable and not move. Always perform the exercise in both directions.




In horizontal position of the sledge, depending on which piston is used, please note the corresponding limit of resistance level according to the instructions for use!
