Lateral outward rotation with strap

Vorbereitung:

Lock the sledge horizontally at elbow height. Attach the strap.

Ausgangsposition:

Take a sideways shoulder-width stance. Grasp both loops in one hand so the strap is already under tension. The elbow is held close to the body and bent at a 90° angle. Place your lower arm in front of your abdomen.

Ausführung:

Slowly rotate the lower arm outwards. The elbow remains stationary. Slowly return to the starting position. Maintain tension the whole time.

Tipp:

For the right arm, maintain the sled position but stand inverted -> back to the wall, facing forward.

Warnung:

In horizontal position of the sledge, depending on which piston is used, please note the corresponding limit of resistance level according to the instructions for use!
