Vorbereitung:

Attach the pulley system in the middle position.

Ausgangsposition:

Stand sideways to the device with a stable stance. Upper arm close to body and forearm extended forward at 90° angle. Grasp the loop with the outer hand. Place the other hand on the hip.

Ausführung:

Slowly move forearm outward. Elbow remains in position. Slowly return to starting position. Always maintain tension.

Tipp:

Upper body remains stable, no movement. Always perform exercise in both directions.
