Lunges with strap

Vorbereitung:

Set at maximum resistance level. The strap is attached at one end. Place the lower loop approximately under the knee jonit.

Ausgangsposition:

One foot is positioned in the loop. The other leg stands stable on the floor. Thighs are parallel. Upper body upright, torso stable.

Ausführung:

Move the leg in the loop slowly backwards until it forms a 90° angle to the front knee joint. Then slowly return to the starting position.
