Mountain Climbers

Preparation

Set the highest force level. Attach both grip straps with one end each and adjust sled so that grip straps are mid-shin.

Starting position

Place one foot in each loop and assume Plank position. Body is stretched out and the shoulders are above the hands.

Execution

Pull legs alternately to the upper body.

Hint

Try to touch the elbow with the kneecap. Perform movement slowly.
