Vorbereitung:

Insert the bar and install the blocker. Adjust height so the bar is just within reach.

Ausgangsposition:

Grasp the bar with wide overhand grip. Legs are either straight or bent.

Ausführung:

Pull upwards in a controlled manner until the chin is above the bar. Then slowly lower the body again. At the end, arms maintain a slight bend at the elbow joint.

Tipp:

Perform the exercise without any momentum.
