Vorbereitung:

Lock the sledge at a head-high level. Attach strap so that the loops are next to your head at the starting position.

Ausgangsposition:

Grasp the hanging strap with both hands. Legs are slightly bent. Support the buttocks against the column.

Ausführung:

Pull the elbows towards the knees. Upper body curls in. The position of the arms relative to the upper body remains unchanged.

Tipp:

Especially in the beginning, perform the exercise very slowly, until you have mastered the sequence of movements.
