Single hand chest press


Lock the sledge in a horizonatlly position at chest-level.


Hi-width split stance. Hold onto the sledge with one hand and grasp the horn next to your rips. Upper body tilted slightly forward, good body tension.


Push the horn to the front. Slowly move your arm back and repeat.


Try to avoid stopping/releasing points, always keep the tension.




In horizontal position of the sledge, depending on which piston is used, please note the corresponding limit of resistance level according to the instructions for use!
