Vorbereitung:

Lock the sledge in a horizonatlly slightly incleaned position at lower-chest height.

Ausgangsposition:

Put your forearm on the sledge and grab the horn with your other hand. Hip width split stance, good body tension. Pull shoulders back and down.

Ausführung:

Pull the horn slowly to your rips. Slowly back.

Tipp:

Always do the exercise with both hands (turn the sledge 180degrees).
