Single leg deadlift with one arm

Vorbereitung:

Lock the sledge at the bottom. Attch the strap and if needed wrap it around several times to make it shorter.

Ausgangsposition:

Stand facing the wall. Hold the loop with one hand. Stable torso.

Ausführung:

Bend hips and tilt forward with back straight until head, torso and leg are in a horizontal line. The free leg stretches straight out to the back.

Tipp:

Keep head in a neutral position.
