Vorbereitung:

Lock the sledge so that the bar is at mid-shin level.

Ausgangsposition:

Stand behind the bar with your legs shoulder-width apart with your torso bent forward slightly. Grasp the bar with your hands shoulder-width apart in an underhand grip. Slightly arch your back and tense your body. Keep your buttocks pushed back and your chest forward, gaze at the floor.

Ausführung:

Pull the bar towards your hip. Keep the upper arms close to your torso. Return the bar to the starting position.

Keep your lower back stable and straight.
