Triceps exercise with short strap

Vorbereitung:

Lock the sledge so that the tip of the horn is at the level of the buttocks.

Ausgangsposition:

Stand backwards close to the horn with legs hip-width apart. Keep upper body upright and back straight. Abdominal muscles are tense. With each hands grasping the straps right and left, extend elbows upward so that upper arms are directly next to ears.

Ausführung:

Slowly move the hands upwards. Elbow and upper arm barely move. Do not fully extend arm to protect elbow. Slowly return to starting position.
