Lock the sledge in the upper section and attach the strap. Position the loops at chest height.


Stand straight under the horn in a stable stand. Put your hands through the loops and then grab them. Your arms are bent, look at the column. The fists are touching. Keep your back straight.


Press the fists/forearms down with even pressure until the arms are almost fully extended. Hold the upper arms stable and close to your torso.


Stand close to the EISENHORN. Keep the arms slightly bent in order to protect the elbow joints.
