Vorbereitung:

Lock the sledge as low as possible. Attach the strap and insert the bar into the two loops.

Ausgangsposition:

With legs hip-width apart and upper body upright and stable, stand relatively far back. Hold the bar with an overhand grip – hands close together. Full body tension.

Ausführung:

Pull the bar up close to the body to upper chest height.

Tipp:

Avoid creating momentum with upper and lower body, and ensure stable, straight neck position (avoid „vulture neck“!). If necessary, shorten the straps with a knot to have your arms straight when you start the exercise.
