Upright rowing with wide grip

Lock the sledge as low as possible. Attach the strap and insert the bar into both loops.

Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and relatively far back. Keep your torso stable. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip at slightly more than shoulder width. Keep body fully tensed.

Pull the bar upwards close to the body and above the elbow to collarbone height. In the end position, the upper arms are parallel to the floor.

Avoid building up momentum in the upper and lower body and hold your neck stable (avoid “vulture neck”).
