CrossFit
CrossFit is a training method that combines strength training, endurance training, explosive strength, and flexibility exercises in constantly varying workouts. Typical exercises include basic exercises such as squats, deadlifts , or pull-ups, supplemented by functional movements and high-intensity circuit training.
CrossFit places great emphasis on full-body fitness and is performed using body weight as well as additional weights such as barbells. Due to the combination of strength- and endurance training, CrossFit increases both overall performance and muscular endurance.
