EISENHORN S Short Performance

The EISENHORN S fitness station has a column length of 165 cm. Since your EISENHORN strength station should be mounted approx. 40 cm above the floor, the EISENHORN S requires a room height of at least 206 cm. The maximum handle height is 228 cm.

The EISENHORN S Short is our most compact and affordable entry-level model. With a column length of only 116 cm, this fitness station is also suitable for rooms with ceiling heights below 200 cm or areas with sloping ceilings. The EISENHORN S Short should also be mounted approx. 40 cm above the floor and therefore requires a room height of at least 160 cm. The maximum handle height is 180 cm. Exercises such as lat pulldowns or shoulder presses are performed in a seated position. If you want to do pull-ups on your EISENHORN S Short, you will need the optional blocker. This allows you to block the horn and perform pull-ups.

The EISENHORN DS is our ultimate power machine. With the DS multi-gym, you can increase your direct maximum training weight to up to 224 kg (2x optional piston 26 required). Even our strongest power athletes reach their limits with this. In addition, the EISENHORN DS offers you the option of asynchronous movement control (left/right) and different weight settings (left/right). At 165 cm, the column length of the EISENHORN DS is the same as that of the EISENHORN S.

With the EISENHORN S strength station, you only need 2 m² and with the EISENHORN DS, you only need 3.5 m² to carry out a professional full-body workout. Once your workout is complete, the fitness station takes up no more space than a houseplant in its parking position (only 23 cm from the wall).

Yes, pull-ups are possible on the EISENHORN fitness station! To do this, you need to prepare the strength station with the blocker (max. 100 kg body weight), which locks the device for such exercises.
