Simply register on this page for the MIKE5 training plan. The first six months are free of charge, giving you plenty of time to try out MIKE5 with no obligation. In combination with your EISENHORN strength station, MIKE5 enables you to enjoy an extremely effective full-body workout – plan just 5 minutes of strength training every day and achieve more than ever before.

Installing the MIKE5 Web App is very simple and straightforward.

If you are using an iPhone, proceed as follows:

1. Open the MIKE5 training program and tap on the “Share” icon in the menu bar.

2. Scroll down and select “Add to home screen”.

3. Tap on “Add” to save the app.

If you are using an Android device, proceed as follows:

1. Open the MIKE5 training program and tap on the three dots in the menu bar.

2. Select “Add to home screen”.

3. Confirm with “Add”.

We are currently working on the development of a native MIKE5 app for training with your EISENHORN fitness station. Until then, our web-based MIKE5 training concept is available to you, which you can simply use via your browser. For even faster access to your training plan, you can save the MIKE5 app as a desktop shortcut.

Yes, you can test MIKE5 for 6 months free of charge. Simply register as a member of MIKE5 and you can test our most efficient training program for 6 months free of charge. During the 6 months you have enough time to test MIKE5 extensively. If you are not convinced, you can simply cancel your membership on a monthly basis.
