Triceps

As the antagonist of the biceps, the triceps is responsible for extending the arm and makes up about two-thirds of the arm muscles. Many underestimate its importance, but it plays a key role, especially during chest training or shoulder presses. Triceps presses with grip band, dips, or overhead exercises are effective ways to specifically train the triceps on the EISENHORN strenght station. The triceps is also engaged during the Big 5 exercises. A strong triceps not only improves visible definition but also stabilizes many complex pushing movements.
