Pull-Ups

Pull-ups are one of the most effective bodyweight exercises and a direct way to strengthen the latissimus dorsi. At the same time, this Big-5 exercise also trains the biceps, forearm muscles, trapezius, and even the core muscles when the body is held in a stable position.

On the EISENHORN strength station, pull-up movements can be performed using the grip bar, for example with the Pull-up on the DS model or the Pull Up on the S model. By varying the grip width, the focus can be shifted: a wider grip targets more back muscles, while a narrower grip increases biceps activation.
