Core muscles

The core muscles form the central connection between the arms and legs. They include the abdominal muscles, back muscles, pelvic floor, and gluteal muscles, and are involved in almost every movement, even when not obviously engaged. The ability to efficiently transfer force through the body largely depends on this area.

The EISENHORN strenght station offers numerous options to specifically train the core. Examples include torso rotations with the grip tape or lateral trunk bends. A strong core protects against overload, improves movement quality, and enhances performance throughout the entire body.
