Dips
Dips are one of the most effective bodyweight exercises for the triceps, chest muscles, and anterior deltoid. They can be performed on parallel bars, between two benches, or on the EISENHORN DS strength station.
Popular variations include dips with grip tape, dips with deep grip handles, dips using the handlebar with added weight, or alternating dips while standing.
The more upright the upper body, the more the focus is on the triceps; the further forward you lean, the more the chest is engaged. Dips perfectly complement exercises such as bench press or shoulder press and are particularly valuable for muscle buildingg in the upper body.
