Gluteal muscles
The gluteus maximus is the largest and strongest muscle. The gluteal muscles are the largest muscle group in the body, but they are often neglected. They are essential for hip extension, pelvic stability, and upright walking. Without strong gluteal muscles, not only does power transfer in the legs suffer, but overall trunk stability is also affected.
On the EISENHORN strength station, the muscles can be specifically targeted through exercises such as classic squats or lunges. Particularly effective is the combination of isolated glute exercises and complex movements such as deadlifts – this way, the hamstrings and lower back are also automatically trained.
