Barbell Rows

Rowing is a key exercise for the middle back. The latissimus, trapezius, and lower back muscles work closely together, while the biceps and forearm muscles provide support.

At the EISENHORN Strenght Station, the rowing movement can be performed through a variety of exercises and can be controlled very precisely. On the EISENHORN S, the movement can be executed with an underhand grip or overhead grip, either standing at the cable pulley or even in a lunge position. For those who prefer unilateral exercises, rowing can also be performed one-armed on the horn or at the cable pulley.

The EISENHORN DS additionally offers bent-over rows with barbell or horn, as well as bent-over Bent-over alternating rows with cable pulley or horn, providing versatile options for targeting the back muscles effectively.
