Hyrox
Hyrox is a still young but rapidly growing competition format that combines elements from CrossFit, functional training, and endurance sports. Participants complete a fixed sequence of running and functional exercises, such as pushing sleds, lunges, or rowing.
Hyrox challenges both muscular endurance and explosive power, as well as posture and mental strength. It often appeals to athletes who enjoy challenging themselves holistically and under competitive conditions.
