Which EISENHORN is right for you depends entirely on your needs and spatial conditions.
The EISENHORN S with a short column is particularly suitable for rooms with low ceilings and/or sloping roofs. Compared to the EISENHORN S with a standard column length, the column is 49 cm shorter and therefore slightly less expensive. Otherwise, both versions are identical in design. Due to the shortened column, some exercises on the EISENHORN S with a short column are performed sitting or kneeling rather than standing. In general, however, you can perform 80% of all exercises in the same way as on the EISENHORN S with a standard column length.
The EISENHORN S fitness station with standard column length has a column length of 165 cm. Since your EISENHORN multi-gym should be mounted approx. 40 cm above the floor, the EISENHORN S with standard column length requires a room height of at least 206 cm.
We developed the EISENHORN S with a long column length especially for tall athletes. It has a column length of 185 cm.
The EISENHORN DS is our ultimate power machine. With the DS strength station, you can increase your direct maximum training weight to up to 224 kg (2x optional piston 26 required). Even our strongest power athletes reach their limits with this machine. In addition, the EISENHORN DS offers you the option of asynchronous movement control (left/right) and different weight settings (left/right). The column on the DS standard version is also 165 cm long, while the EISENHORN DS with a long column length has a column length of 185 cm.

One of the biggest advantages of your EISENHORN strength station is the safety it offers when training with heavy weights. Competitive athletes particularly appreciate the system because it allows them to train to muscle failure without a training partner. The weight is simply and safely lowered during the last repetition. Exercises such as shoulder presses, bench presses and squats are not only effective, but also completely safe. This independence allows you to concentrate fully on your training and get the most out of every exercise. Upgrading from the EISENHORN S to the DS is easy. If you want to mount two EISENHORN S side by side, we recommend a distance of 60 cm and the DS mounting kit.
With the 26 piston, you can increase the maximum weight from 112 kg to 2x 112 kg (total 224 kg). The DS also offers you the option of performing asynchronous movements on the left and right, ideal for athletic training and specific rehabilitation exercises after injuries. In addition, the DS can be expanded with two cable pulls to create a double cable tower, making your training even more varied.
However, we recommend that you decide between the EISENHORN DS or S before making a purchase. Compared to two individual strength stations, purchasing an EISENHORN DS is more cost-effective.
With the EISENHORN strength station, you can replace several home gym machines in a small space. It integrates a leg press, a barbell rack, a weight bench, a sling trainer, a dumbbell set, a lat pulldown and rowing machine, a pull-up bar and a cable machine. Yes, you can upgrade your EISENHORN S or EISENHORN DS multi-gym to a cable pulley station. The optional cable pulley expands the training possibilities on the EISENHORN fitness station with numerous exercises. Yes, pull-ups are possible on the EISENHORN fitness station! To do this, you need to prepare the multi-gym with the blocker (max. 100 kg body weight), which locks the device for such exercises.
