Before and after your workout, the machine takes up virtually no space. It can be stowed away in 5 seconds and is ready for use again just as quickly. A space-saving marvel offering maximum exercise variety with minimal space requirements.
Swiss design combined with regional production ensures that our products stand for quality and durability. Thanks to their solid construction, they feel just as smooth as they did on the first day—even after years of intensive training.

You can find the exact dimensions, including a sketch, on the product detail pages for EISENHORN S and EISENHORN DS.
The required clear wall height is 206 cm. In rooms with lower ceilings, the column can also be mounted lower.
Take a look at the exercise database to get an overview.
The equipment is tested on all common wall types with an impressive safety margin. The EN standard requires four times the safety margin—the load tests are conducted with over 400 kg.
The specified weight limits must still be strictly observed. This is for your own safety.
12 weight levels and 11 half-levels ensure very fine adjustability.
With the quick-change piston 26, you can increase the maximum weight to 112 kg. For the DS model, this doubles to 224 kg. The weight increments remain the same: 12 weight levels and 11 half-levels.
With basic exercises in the higher weight range, the variable resistance allows you to get more training benefit out of every single repetition. The reason: The force varies throughout the range of motion—you exert more force at the end of a squat than at the lowest point.
In the lower levels (1–7), the weight remains constant during the movement. This is exactly the same as with other machines that use weight plates. In the upper weight range (starting at level 8), variable resistance training comes into play.
Switching between the standard piston 12 and the optional piston 26 takes only a few seconds (tool-free quick-change system).
An exciting feature that is often used in specialized athletic training. Alternating asynchronous movements often correspond to movement patterns in everyday life and sports.
The Cable Pulley transforms your EISENHORN into a Cable Pulley in a matter of seconds. This allows you to perform completely free and long-range movements.
Variety
of Exercises The already very extensive range of exercises offered by the base unit is expanded even further.
Expandable
The Cable Pulley can be expanded with the included training handle, the grip straps included with your EISENHORN multi-gym, the pull-up bar, or other grip systems or foot straps available on the market.
Weight
The weight is adjusted as usual via the position of the Piston. Mechanically speaking, the Cable Pulley is a pulley system with three pulleys. This means the weight in the direction of pull is reduced by a factor of three. As a result, you can train with very low and finely graduated weights.
On the DS, each station retains its own settings. You can set up bench presses on the right and overhead tricep presses on the Cable Pulley on the left—and switch back and forth between the two directly during your workout. This keeps the pace up.
On the S, you set up one exercise and adjust it for the next one in just a few simple steps.
On the S, one person trains after another. Between sets, only the weight is adjusted in one second (if necessary).
On the DS, carefully selected exercises can be combined so that two people can train at the same time.
This is primarily used in physical therapy for training to correct imbalances or for rehabilitation after injuries.
Example: When doing shoulder presses, set your full weight on the right side and a significantly reduced weight on the left. The healthy side leads the movement, while the injured side follows along and works only as much as it can tolerate. This interaction can positively influence the recovery process.
The extent to which the injured side is loaded is determined by the therapy.
