Warm-Up

Warm-up refers to the preparation phase before the actual training. Its goal is to increase circulation, improve blood flow to the muscles, and mobilize the joints. This enhances flexibility, boosts performance, and reduces the risk of injury. A warm-up can include light cardio exercises, dynamic stretching, or technically simple strength exercises with low resistance. A structured warm-up is particularly important before intense sessions such as maximal strength or power training.
