Shoulder press on the horn alternating

Preparation

Fix the slides so that the horn ends are level with the upper chest.

Starting position

Firm, parallel stance with a straight back. Hold the horns with one hand at each end.

Execution

Press the horns upwards alternately until the arms are stretched. Then slowly move back again. Before you reach the lower stop, push up again.

Hint

Important: always make sure your posture is stable and straight. Do not fall into a hollow back. The body tension in the torso area must always be maintained. Keep your shoulders down.
