223 Overhead triceps extensions with Cable Pulley

Preparation

Hook both Cable Pulleys into the lower position

Starting position

Stand facing the device and grasp a loop of the Cable Pulley with each hand. Then turn so that your back is facing the device. Get into a stable position by keeping your hands crossed behind your head and taking a firm standing step.

Execution

Now use the strength of your triceps to push your hands up towards the ceiling. Make sure you have a stable torso and a firm stance. Then return to the starting position in a controlled manner and feel the stretch in your triceps.
