Adduction on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the cable pull into the lower position.

Starting position

Stand close to the side of the device and position the foot facing you in the loop. The supporting leg remains slightly bent.

Execution

Move the active leg slowly and in a controlled manner in front of the supporting leg without moving the hips. Now slowly move your leg outwards towards the device again without releasing the resistance.

Hint

Perform the exercise without momentum.
