One-legged squat with release

Preparation

Position the grip strap so that the loops are at neck height. For the first exercise, set the strength level so that you can hang from the grip strap with almost your entire body weight.

Starting position

Standing on one leg, grasp the grip tape. Tense your arms and keep them stable during the entire movement.

Execution

Bend the supporting leg and lower the buttocks. Then straighten your leg and hips again to bring your body back to the starting position.

Hint

Once you have mastered the movement, reduce the power level and thus increase the difficulty.
