Single leg squat with relief
Preparation
Attach the grip tape so that the loops are at neck height. For the first execution, adjust the force level so that you can hang on the grip band with almost your entire body weight.
Starting position
Standing on one leg, grasp the grip tape. Tense your arms and keep them stable during the entire movement.
Execution
Bend the supporting leg and lower the buttocks. Then stretch the leg and hip again to bring the body back to the starting position.
Hint
Once you've mastered the movement, back off the power level to increase the difficulty.
