About
Marcus Diekmann is one of the 100 most well-known digital and retail experts in Germany. He began his career in retail and e-commerce, where he transformed ROSE Bikes into one of the leading digital brands in Europe as managing director and shareholder. Today, he serves as the managing partner of the Sanicare Group and also advises companies such as Mann & Schröder Cosmetics, Möbel Dick, and vonmählen on strategy and business development.
In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Marcus is the founder of social initiatives such as "Händler helfen Händlern" (Traders Helping Traders) and "JobAidUkraine," both of which gained significant attention and impact during the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine.
Privately, he describes himself as passionate, courageous, and approachable. A family man who loves sports – particularly gravel bike tours – he finds balance in nature. For Marcus, movement is not just a hobby but a mindset: he has always strived to make an impact – in life, at work, and in sports. He values the flexibility to combine training and business, sometimes switching between two appointments and a session on the EISENHORN power station. For him, this represents true luxury and an essential part of his personal work-life balance.
