Brachioradialis
The brachioradialis is a muscle of the forearm that runs from the humerus to the radius. Its main function is to flex the elbow, with particular activation in a neutral hand position – such as during hammer curls. Beyond generating strength, it also provides stabilization for the elbow joint and the forearm. During training, the brachioradialis becomes especially noticeable in pulling and lifting movements that demand both strength and endurance.
