About
Peter's fitness journey began at the age of 14 in his own basement with simple exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and basic homemade training equipment. Later, at the gym, he made rapid progress: from his first appearance at the international Schwarzwaldcup to regional titles and the runner-up in the German Junior Championships, all the way to becoming the German Men's Champion.
In 1993, he reached the peak of his career by winning the European Heavyweight Championship in Sicily and also secured 3rd place at the World Championship in New Zealand in the same year. His last participation in the World Championship in 1995 in Malta also ended with a 3rd place finish. After many years in competitive bodybuilding, he founded his own fitness studio in 1994, which he led with passion and dedication for several years.
However, a personal crisis forced him to sell his business and start over professionally - first as a studio manager in a gym in Bavaria. Then, after a few years, he completely reoriented himself as a beer delivery driver in a local, regional brewery. Despite the physical work, he soon missed having a regular training routine for balance.
By chance, he came across the EISENHORN fitness station on the internet and was fascinated by the quality as well as the versatile training options. Since then, his daily routine has fundamentally changed: he trains effectively at home, gains valuable time for himself, and supports his wife, who suffers from multiple sclerosis and also uses the device.
His next goals are to permanently optimize his fitness with the EISENHORN power station, set new training priorities, and to pass on his knowledge of anatomy and strength training to inspire and empower others.
