Upgrading from the EISENHORN S to the EISENHORN DS is possible without any issues. If you plan to mount two EISENHORN S units side by side, we recommend a distance of 60 cm between them and the use of the DS mounting kit.

With the Piston 26, you can increase the maximum resistance from 112 kg to 2 × 112 kg (a total of 224 kg). 1. Arm length test: Take a rod (for example, a broomstick) and hold it with approximately 90 cm between your hands. Stretch your arms vertically upwards and have a second person measure the maximum height you can reach. If you need more than the maximum grip height of 2.31 m offered by the standard column, the EISENHORN S with a long column is the better choice.

2. Shoulder press test: Position a bar at chest height as if performing a shoulder press. If the bar comes too close to the ceiling or your range of motion is restricted, the EISENHORN S with a long column is the right option.
