Adductors

The adductors are a group of muscles located on the inner side of the thigh. Their name derives from the Latin word adducere – “to bring toward” – and this is precisely their main function: they draw the leg toward the body’s midline. In addition, the adductors play an important role in stabilizing the pelvis and hips, especially during single-leg movements or standing exercises. When training with the EISENHORN Strenght Station – for example with cable adduction or band adduction – they not only support targeted leg movements but also contribute significantly to balance as well as to a powerful and secure body posture.
