224 Reverse flys prevented with Cable Pulley

Preparation

Hook both Cable Pulleys into the lower position

Starting position

Stand in a stable, slightly bent forward position in front of the EISENHORN. Your feet are parallel and shoulder-width apart. Grasp the loops of the Cable Pulley crosswise with each hand.

Execution

Now bring your arms up behind you in a controlled manner until they are at shoulder height. Hold the end position briefly and consciously tense your shoulders. Then slowly return to the starting position in a controlled manner. Maintain a stable posture and controlled execution throughout the entire movement.
