Kickbacks on Cable Pulley
Preparation
Hang the Cable Pulley in the lower position.
Starting position
Stand close to the appliance and support yourself with one hand on the column. Position one foot in the loop of the Cable Pulley.
Execution
Extend the foot backwards and bend the upper body forwards so that the leg and back form a line. The supporting leg remains stable and almost fully extended.
