Kickbacks on the cable pull

Preparation

Hook the cable pull into the lower position.

Starting position

Position one foot in the loop of the cable pull. Stand close to the appliance and support it with one hand on the column.

Execution

Extend your foot backwards and bend your upper body forwards so that your leg and back form a line. The supporting leg remains stable and almost fully extended.
