Leg extension on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the wire rope hoist in the middle position.

Starting position

Insert one foot in the loop and bend the leg backwards. The other leg has a stable stand. Upper body remains under tension and upright.

Execution

Bring the bent leg into extension in a controlled manner. In the final position, both legs are parallel to each other. The knee joint always remains next to the supporting leg.

Hint

Perform with shoes so that loop rests on the sole.
