Rowing in a lunge on the pulley
Preparation
Hook the cable pull into the upper position. Fold the grip tape and guide it through the rope pull loop.
Starting position
Lunge to the side of the device. The knee is lifted off the floor. Grasp the strap loops with both hands.
Execution
Pull your hands in front of your chest in a controlled manner. Pull the shoulder blades backwards.
