Standing row with reversed grip
Preparation
Insert the handle bar. Fix the carriage so that the handle bar is in the middle of the shin.
Starting position
Squat slightly and stand behind the handlebar with your upper body bent slightly forward. Grasp the handlebar with a shoulder-width underhand grip. Always keep the back straight with full tension (slightly hollow back). Stretch your buttocks slightly backwards and your chest forward. The view goes to the floor.
Execution
Pull the handlebar towards your hips. Keep your upper arms as close to your upper body as possible. Then return the handlebar to the starting position.
