Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is a disease in which bone density and quality decrease, making bones more brittle and increasing the risk of fractures. Older people and postmenopausal women are particularly affected. Strength training, especially with moderate to high load, can strengthen bone structure and thus prevent osteoporosis or slow its progression. Additionally, an adequate supply of calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium plays an important role. Training with the EISENHORN strength station is absolutely safe and gentle on the joints. Therefore, the combination of EISENHORN S or DS and the MIKE5 training concept provides optimal conditions for the prevention and counteraction of osteoporosis.
