Correct use of the blocker

As its name suggests, the blocker completely blocks the horn and therefore also allows you to perform hanging exercises with your own body weight (e.g. pull-ups). However, the EN standard requires appropriate safety factors for this. For this reason, the use of the blocker during training is limited to a maximum body weight of 100 kg.

Application:

To mount the blocker, the horn is pushed upwards with one hand. The blocker can now be slipped over the upper half of the mounted piston with the other hand. The horn is now lowered gently so that the piston incl. the blocker fits exactly into the opening provided between the two weight plates. The correct blocker position is set automatically thanks to the patented system. Now you only need to fix the carriage at the correct height.
