Shrugs alternating with handle on the horn

Preparation

Fix the slides at hip height so that the tips of the horns are approximately in the middle of the thighs. Turn both slides slightly inwards. Stand with your back to the device.

Starting position

Stand in a stable parallel stance. Grasp a horn with each hand and keep your arms stretched. When standing upright, there should already be tension on the horn. The back remains straight, the abdomen is tensed.

Execution

Using the neck muscles, pull one shoulder upwards and backwards at the same time. Hold the position for a brief moment and then slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. The arms are permanently stretched.

Hint

Move your shoulders behind your ears.

The exercise can also be performed on both sides at the same time, i.e. in parallel.
