Flying with Cable Pulley from below

Preparation

Fix both Cable Pulleys in the lower position and turn the slides slightly inwards.

Starting position

Stand in a stable standing position with your back to the device. Grasp one loop of the Cable Pulley with each hand and adjust your position so that you already have traction on the cable with your arms stretched backwards. The upper body is in an active forward position and forms a line with the back leg.

Execution

Now move your hands in an arc shape from the bottom back to the top front and into the center. Your hands are touching in the middle. Then return to the starting position.
