One-arm tricep press
Preparation
Hang the Cable Pulley in the upper position. Fold the grip tape twice and guide it through the loop of the Cable Pulley.
Starting position
Stand next to the horn in a stable position with your upper body slightly bent forward. Grasp the loop with one hand.
Execution
Hold your elbow close to your upper body and press your arm into an extended position.
