Preparation

Secure the sled so that you can lie under the Handle bar with your legs bent at the maximum angle.

Starting position

Lie on your back so that your buttocks are under the Handle bar. Your arms are on the floor next to your body. Your feet are hip-width apart on the Handle bar. Your thighs touch your stomach.

Execution

Press the Handle bar evenly upwards with your legs over the balls of your feet until your knees are almost straight. Keep the gluteal muscles tensed throughout the exercise.
