Shoulder press behind the head with grip tape
Preparation
Fix the carriage at the bottom and attach the handle strap using the snap hook.
Starting position
With your legs hip-width apart and facing the wall, stand behind the grip tape/the Handle bar. Grip the Handle bar far out. Always keep your back straight with full tension.
Execution
Press the Handle bar evenly upwards until your arms are stretched. Then slowly return to the starting position. Before reaching the lower stop, push up again. The body tension in the torso area must be maintained at all times to avoid falling into a hollow back.
Hint
The grip tape can be shortened with one or more knots if required.
